Placing an order
 
When you're done shopping, click on the red shopping bag at the top of the right hand side of the page to checkout. All of the items in your shopping bag appear for your review and you can add or delete items from your bag here. Once you have verified everything you would like to purchase you can continue to checkout by clicking on "proceed to checkout" or if you have an account click on "log in and checkout" (these two buttons are at the bottom of the page). During checkout you will be asked to provide the following:

  • Billing address and the address you want to ship to.
  • Email address.
  • Shipping options.
  • Credit card type, card number, expiration and security code.

After you place your order you will receive an email confirming the order you placed and then another email will be sent when your order has been shipped.

How do I buy/redeem a gift certificate?

How do I find my product?
  To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may
(1) use the navigation menus on the top, left & bottom of our website.
(2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box.

How do I navigate the site?
  To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left + bottom of our website.

QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
Pre-Order Policy + Information
  What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is an advance purchase made on new popular merchandise that is not yet available in stock and will ship at a future date to meet the consumer demands. When you place a pre-order with Bersica Futurewear you are reserving and securing your order with us.

 

Pre-Order Policy:
All pre-orders will require full payment on all merchandise ordered as well as shipping charges when the order is placed. This is a commitment to purchase an item from us and this is why payment is due in full at the time the order is placed.

 

Orders will be shipped in the order that have been received, so the oldest orders will go out first and so on. We will be in constant communication with you to let you know the status of your order and when it expects to ship.


If you wish to change or cancel your order at anytime we must receive a request from you, the customer, within 3 days of the order placed. Please send all the cancellations or changes to the following email customer.service@bersica.com
Please be aware that once the order has been shipped it may no longer be canceled or changed.
