Order Status + Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During sign up we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the drop down menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
How to check on the status of your order
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. We will also send you an order confirmation and shipping confirmation to the email that you provided us.

How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
How much is my shipping and when will my order ship?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We use UPS as our shipping company.

Your shipment usually ships in 2-3 business days after your order is received.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays  "Package Tracking Numbers", check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance immediately to help you with this. You can email us at: customer.service@bersica.com
How soon will my order be processed?
  Orders for in-stock items are normally processed, packed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please let us know if you have a rush order and we will expedite the order. Pre-orders and back-orders will be processed and shipped to you as soon as they are in stock. Our goal is to provide you with excellent customer service and we will communicate to you if there are any delays in shipping your order.
When will my back order arrive?
  If you ordered a back-order item we will be sending you updates as to when your merchandise will be available to ship out to you. We will do our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
When will my order ship?

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. Your order will ship within 2-3 business days after you place your order and you will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
